We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brenda D. Davis. We sold our first home in 2012 and she assisted us through the offer review/acceptance process in a down market, and it was seamless. Secondly, she helped us with securing our next residence. With the addition of family members and working at home and virtual learning due to the pandemic, we had outgrown this house. Brenda kept in contact with us over the years with helpful communications and upcoming events. I knew from our first meeting that we were going to have a great home buying experience with Ms Davis. My first impression of Brenda was that she was professional, sharp and hard working and was going to go above and beyond to make sure that my son was happy with the purchase of his new home. I was right, she worked long hours and went the extra mile in every situation that we encountered in the home buying process. I would without question work with her on any future purchases. She treated us like family and that is the kind of realtor that I want to work with. She took the time to make sure that he was familiar with the city of Detroit and all of its surroundings so that we knew exactly where he was purchasing and what he could look forward too. That is the mark of a true realtor in my book.

Brenda was available at almost any time of day or night, and on more than one occasion, drafted an addendum, and had it sent to me as late as midnight. My hours at work can be pretty hectic so this was very welcome.

Brenda helped my beloved mother sell her home and purchase a condo that we ultimately sold again when my mother passed away. My mother specifically requested us to use Brenda to sell the condo once she passed.

My portion of the closing was perfect. There were no issues and everything was handled professionally. Because of Covid-19, the buyers closing was separate. Parks Title handled the buyers close and there were issues. Brenda went out of her way to make it right.
